How Our Oil Fired Oven Works
The burner fires into a heat exchanger located outside the work chamber, so combustion gases never contact the product. Recirculating air is heated as it passes over the heat exchanger and is distributed through ducts across the load. Flue gases are discharged through a chimney, and the burner modulates or cycles on and off to hold temperature.
