How Our Industrial Oven Works
Heat is generated by electric tubular heaters, a gas or diesel burner, steam coils or thermic fluid coils mounted in a separate heater duct. A dynamically balanced centrifugal blower pushes the heated air through perforated side or bottom ducts so that every shelf, trolley or jig sees the same temperature. A digital PID controller with thermocouple feedback holds the set point, while an independent over-temperature cut-off protects both the product and the oven.
